Each disclosed BUY enters equal-weight at the disclosure-date close (the price a follower could actually have paid — disclosures lag up to ~45 days). A position is held to today, or closed at the disclosure-date close of a later SELL. Benchmark = the same equal dollar into SPY on each buy date, held to today. Daily closes only, gross of fees/taxes.
